Taiwan Agricultural Products Fair 2012

Taiwan Agricultural Products Fair was held by Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd in this morning 10am at Carrefour, Mid Valley.

Euro-Atlantic has been importing good quality agriculture products from Chang Hua Country since 2010 especially grapes, white bittergourd, guava, jumbo watermelon and others to share these premium fruits and vegetables with consumers in Malaysia.
*Chang Hua Country is located at the center of Taiwan with pleasant climate and developed irrigation 
facilities.

In recent years, Malaysia economy increased and it caused the relatively purchasing power of our population to be the no.29 of world's ranking. Therefore, Malaysia is a very important and potential market for them.

The event started at 10am with the arriving of all the VIPs.

 The VIPs of the event included the deputy representative of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia-Mr. Lin Min-Li, Secretary-General, Chang Hua Country Government, Taiwan- Mr. Lai Chen-Kou, Managing Director of Euro-Atlantic- Ms.Ebby Loo, Ban Choon Marketing, Singapore-Mr. Tan, General Manager of Wan Shen Science & Technology Agriculture- Mr. Huang Sheng Yi and President of Faztec Optronics Corp- Mr. Hsu Chih Ming.

 Then, we had speech by Ms. Ebby Loo.

 and Mr. Lai Chen-Kou

After the speech, there was the "Gong" performance by the VIPs to officiate the opening.

Then we had cultural dance by the pretty Taiwan Kyoho Grape Princess.

 They are so pretty :)

Next, we had the presentation of appreciation gift by Chang Hua Country Government to Mr. Lin Min-Li and Ms. Ebby Loo.

All the VIPs also gathered to cut the Taiwan Jumbo Watermelon as the opening ceremony of the event.

So this is how the Jumbo Watermelon looks like.

After that, we had a fruit buffet!!

There were..

 Guava.

 Grapes.

 Red plums.

Mangoes.

Sweet Pears.

and...

Juicy Jumbo Watermelon!!

All the fruits are so fresh and good!


The shoppers in Carrefour got to have a chance to try on those premium fruits too.

The event ended with some photography sessions between all the VIPs and the Grape Princesses.
